At Trinity Dental we are committed to providing top quality dental care for patients of all ages. That's why, for our younger members, we have the Mini Molar Club, a fun and exciting way to engage children and teach them how to care for their teeth.

Recent studies have shown that children in the UK have very high rates of tooth decay. Diets rich in sugar and poor oral healthcare both play a part in such statistics, which is why it is important to bring your child to the dentist from a young age. We believe every child deserves a healthy, happy mouth free from decay.

We recommend that you start to bring your children into the clinic as soon as their first teeth appear – usually between the ages of six to nine months. We offer a Family Plan, which provides free treatment for up to two children whose parents are members of the plan.

Bringing children in from a young age gets them used to visiting the dentist, and as members of our Mini Molar Club they will soon discover that it is an everyday, fun experience. They will learn to sit in the chair and let the dentist look inside their mouth, and any problems that do arise will be spotted early, making treatment much easier.

Mini Molar Club members will also learn all about how to look after their teeth and gums at home, including brushing twice a day for at least two minutes, making sure no teeth feel left out, and will also learn how different foods and drinks affect their teeth and gums. After their visit they can check Dad or Mum knows which foods to avoid to keep their mouths healthy.

Members of the Mini Molar Club will also receive their own oral healthcare packs so they can learn more about how to look after their teeth and gums at home, with the help of some fun activities.

The Mini Molar Club also goes out on the road to playschemes and roadshows, providing oral health education to the community. If you are interested in hosting a Mini Molar Club event at your event, please contact our reception team for more details.
