Dental Assistant/Nurse RDN
Diploma in Dental Nursing May 2018
GDC No. 277348
I started at Trinity Dental in 2015 and having come from an office-based environment I was excited to be given the opportunity to train to become a dental nurse and receptionist. I love being able to incorporate my previous skills of administration into my receptionist role in the clinic as well as expanding my knowledge of dentistry through the nursing side.
After my 2-year course in dental nursing, I am pleased to say it was the best decision I have ever made. It means I can interact more with patients at every stage of their journey and I can provide a better service at the time of booking or with new enquiries.
Meeting and greeting patients is the best feeling and I love to exchange stories as well as calm the more nervous patients.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending my days with friends and family as well as planning the next adventure with my partner which usually involves food or history!
I am of an organised nature and if I am not using tidying/cleaning as my way of relaxing I get lost with my head in a book!
