What is dental bonding?

Next, we will gently prepare your tooth or teeth by etching at the surface. This doesn’t hurt at all. We will then apply a conditioning liquid to your tooth which allows the dental bonding to stick fast.
We then shape the composite bonding to the surface of your tooth and mould it until we are happy with the results.
A UV light is then placed over the top of your teeth which hardens the composite bonding on to your teeth so that it cannot fall off.
We’ll finish the treatment with a polish to make sure that dental bonding is smooth and that there are no rough edges.
